His Holiness, Arulthiru Amma

The Holy-shrine Arulmigu Adhiparasakthi Siddhar Peedam is situated at Melmaruvathur, Tamil Nadu, which is 92 kms south of Chennai on the NH-45. This place is being considered as holy for the past 2000 years. In this is place where 21 Siddhars, men and women, have their Jeeva Samadhi. These Siddhars belongs to various religions. This is the Holy Land where a lady Siddhar resides and blesses.

Thirst Quenched By The Divine

His Holiness had been very attached to His elder sister, who died of smallpox at a young age. Everyday, He would visit the site where she was buried. That day too, on returning from school, he stuffed his pockets with roasted peanuts that his mother had made for Him and headed to the spot, where His sister lay buried.

For a long time, He sat there munching the peanuts. As the evening shadows lengthened, He started feeling thirsty. Though there were wells nearby, He hesitated as He did not know to swim. Suddenly, an elderly woman who passed that way approached His Holiness and offered water to quench The Boy’s thirst. He did drink the water and was relieved and satisfied greatly.

The True Inner Urge Exposed

Once, His parents took Him to a temple festival. A toy seller asked Him what toy He wanted to buy. His Holiness immediately pointed to one particular toy and it was the idol of Devi Bhuvaneshwari. The idol became the first object of devotion and the inner urge of the Divine Child was clearly exposed

அடிகளார் பிறந்தநாள் விழாவை ஏதோ ஒரு பிறந்தநாள் விழா என்று கருதி கொள்ளக் கூடாது. அது ஒரு வழிகாட்டியாக இருப்பதோடு உலகில் தாய்மைபண்பு செழித்து வளர்வதற்கு வாய்ப்பாகவும் அமையும்.

தாய் தந்தை பிறந்தநாள் விழா என்றால் குழந்தைகள் சந்தோஷப்பட வேண்டும். குழந்தைகள் பிறந்தநாள் விழா என்றால் தாய் தந்தையர் சந்தோஷப்பட வேண்டும். ஆன்மீகத்தில் குருவிற்கு பிறந்தநாள் என்றால் பக்தர்கள் சந்தோஷப்பட வேண்டும். குருவிற்கு பிறந்தநாள் கொண்டாடுவது உங்கள் வாழ்வில் மிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொண்டது.
